Instructions

Chain 1, skip 5 chains, work a 3 treble crochet shell, chain 3, work a 3 treble crochet shell into the same stitch as the last shell*. Repeat from * to * until you have 12 stitches left. Chain 1, skip 5 chains, work 1 single crochet, chain 1, work a 4 treble crochet shell into the last chain.

Row 2: chain 1. *Chain 5, work 6 front post treble crochets closed together into the next 6 treble crochets of the previous row. Chain 5, work 1 single crochet into the chain space formed by the chains of the previous row*. Repeat from * to * until the end of the row. Remember that the last single crochet in the last repeat is worked into the 4th chain of the turning chain of the previous row.

Row 3: chain 1. *Chain 1, skip the chain space formed by the chains of the previous row, work a 3 treble crochet shell in the next stitch. Chain 3, work a 3 treble crochet shell into the same stitch as the last shell.
