Notes

  • With the hook & yarn give, I crocheted: Ch 28 st, for a total of 25 stitches per row. 12 rows.

Instructions

Ch a multiple of 12 st, add 4 for base chain.

Row 1: dc in 4th ch from hook (counts as 1 dc), ch 4 st, sk 5 st, *sc 1 in next st, ch 4 st, sk 5 st, dc 3 in next st, ch 4 st, sk 5 st*, repeat from *to* until you have 7 st left, sc 1 in next st, ch 4 st, sk 5 st, dc 2 in last st, turn.

Row 2: ch 3 (counts as 1 dc), dc 3 in next st, ch 2, sk 4 ch, dc in sc from prev row, *ch 2, sk 4 ch, dc 3 in next st, dc 1 in next st, dc 3 in next st, ch 2, sk 4 st, dc in sc from prev row*, repeat from *to* until you have 6 st left, ch 2, sk 4 ch, dc 3 in next st, dc 1 in next st.

Row 3: ch 3 st (counts 1 dc), dc 1 in the next 2 st, dc 3 in next st, *ch 1, sk 5 st, dc 3 in next st, dc 1 in the next 5 st, dc 3 in next st*, repeat from *to* until you have 7 st left, ch 1, sk 5 st, dc 3 in next st, dc 1 in the next 3 st, turn.

Row 4: sc 1 in 1st st (no ch), *ch 4 st, sk 5 st, dc 3 in next st, ch 4 st, sk 5 st, sc 1 in next st*, repeat from *to* until end of row, turn.
