How to Crochet the Suzette Stitch Photo Tutorial

For the past few weeks I’ve been hooked (no pun intended) on the Suzette Stitch, and eagerly been finding ways to incorporate it in some of my upcoming designs, so be sure to stay on the lookout for those!
The Suzette Stitch has such a distinctive and graceful design to it, which is why I couldn’t help sharing it with you all as I’m sure you’ll be just as eager to use this stitch when crocheting lovely scarves and unique afghans!

Materials
- Yarn – Drops Paris
- Crochet Hook – 5.00mm (H/8)
Abbreviations
- sc - single crochet
- dc - double crochet
- ch - chain
- st(s) - stitch(es)
Instructions
Chain in multiples of 2.
Row 1: (1 sc, 1 dc) in 2nd ch from hook, skip 1 st. *(1 sc, 1 dc) in next ch, skip 1 st. Repeat from the * all across. 1 sc in next ch. Turn your work.
Row 2: Ch1, (1 sc, 1 dc) in in same st, skip 1 st. *(1 sc, 1 dc) in next st, skip 1 st. Repeat from the * all across. 1 sc in next st. Turn your work.
Repeat Row 2 until you have reached your desired length.
