Criss Cross Crochet Stitch

The Criss-Cross stitch is a beautiful detailed open and textured crochet stitch pattern. Scroll down for ideas on how to use this stitch, along with the step-by-step crochet stitch pattern.

The criss-cross stitch is a beautifully textured and lightly open stitch.

Although both sides of this stitch are gorgeous, I have a personal preference for the back side.

The criss-cross stitch is perfect for any type of project where light texture and small holes are desired: garments, shawls, etc.

The patterns are written for a 15cm by 15cm / 6” by 6” square.
